I might have to sell my 98 V6 M5 for unspeakable reasons. I have a friend offering me his T/A though because he lost his license and and can't even put plates on a car until next year...he said he'd give it to me for 1500, but anyone else he wants 4k.

Thing is I love my 98, but this T/A is a 77 I think? It has a built 350 and last time at the track, I think it was tri-state, it ran 12's with slicks...

I dunno what to doooooo. :poke:

I'd probably sell my car for 2500-3000. I dunno.

My boss wants me to do it. He said the 77 is so much easier to work on and they make so much more performance parts for it...buuut, gas will be a bxtch.

            Re: Dilemma

The TA will only be easier to work on because it has less computer technology. If it is running 12's and such then I'd go for it, especially for that price. But if you are using this for your daily driver then I'd think twice. Gas will not only be expensive but you risk having something go wrong on an older car.

sell your car and buy the TA for now... then sell the trans am and use the extra cash to buy a new model ta

                  why not....

keep the bird and just take a loan on and buy the 77? i read you only have 700 left on the bird to pay. just take a bit more out on a loan to pay it off.
