Anybody got the T-mobile Dash?

My phone just went out on me (Samsung SGHT809) and I'm looking for a replacement. Since T-mobile has me by the b@lls until next June 2008, I'm going to go ahead and get the T-mobile Dash:




I just wanted to see if anybody has experience with this phone. I never was a big fan of PDAs but this one really caught my eye 'cause it's so slim and has all the right features. If anybody has this phone or has used it before, please let me know if it is worth it or not.

PDA phones are the biggest pieces of trash ever...I've had two of em...dont get it, regular phones can do just as much....that is unless you plan on editing alot of word/excel documents....otherwise, pick another one.

If you really want a phone with alot of features that you might actually use, go for a sidekick. Otherwise just stick to your typical cell phone..

dunno if t-mobile uses sim cards or not, but I just got this phone for my girlfriend

'technically' it's a smartphone, but it doesn't run off winblows...it uses motorolas version of linux...pretty sweet phone, completly customizable and 99% touchscreen....If I didn't have sprint I'd have one....really is a great phone...it takes a little to get it setup for your network, but with the help of the interweb it's quick and easy, theres guides that tell you what info to put where and such...2.0mp camera too...if you really want a 'cool' phone that nobody has go for the ming.
