Painted the gray part of the front bumper and put the toolbox back on. Looks like this is how it's gonna stay for a while now. Tell me what you think!

I thought that was it. I remember the thread in the fall when you asked for suggestions. I guess you took my advice after saying painting it black was impractical.

Paint it black

Painting it black sounds good, but you guys have to keep in mind that this is a truck. It's going to be used, and has been being used for what trucks are built for. Going off road, hauling stuff, including dirt and rocks, and crap in the bed that is going to beat it up. There are already spots in the paint where the cargo was hanging over the side and rubbed down to bare metal.. Painting it black would look good, but is impractical.

I was trying to be practical. :p I thought about it..and it looks a lot better black..so maybe it won't stay looking this nice, but in the meantime..:drool::)

it's my dad's. it's a 1963 Lincoln Continental convertable. He's just about done restoring it. He's got a cardomain for it if you'd like.

that looks really sweet! i love black, but its such a pita to keep looking nice (my car is black) but i really like the way it looks, its a really clean and slick look
