Re: 2nd citation
Yeah well forget you... I was accused by the officer and you say you aren't hating on me but you are telling me that it sounds like I did it and got away with it because I took a warning and not a ticket??? The county attorney took the time to call me back and save me time from going to court. If I had went and had it thrown away... well I still would have wasted about 2 hours and 30 miles of gas. I called it even. I'm not going to be a baby and cry to get everything I want.
I know what you are saying and I understand where you come from... but not everyone is like you. I had people at work say they wouldn't have taken the warning and then some said that it was great I didn't have to pay anything... mainly because some of them have had to pay for things they didn't do because it was word against word. What I don't appreciate is you accusing me when the only resource you have is a thread and a few posts.
When you are in my situation one day... I hope people give you crap like some gave me. I am more upset with everyone saying that I need to quit trying to beat the system and quit trying to get away with something I did or have done before. I got pulled over, did nothing wrong, got a ticket, called the attorney's office, had the ticket turned into a warning, payed no fines, lost no points, had no court appearance, and I feel alot better now. Why push it, life isn't fair and you take what you get.
I know you have a image of me being some punk kid who got pulled over, cried about it and then got away with it. You have no clue who I am and are judging me over a few posts??? Grow up.
You act like I should have a vendetta against the officer. I make mistakes at work, does that mean I should be fired or moved down a position. He wasn't that rude and told me if I felt like I was innocent to go to court (not in a rude way either) I was more upset that I just payed for my 1st ticket ever and then got another therefore I couldn't go to traffic school and had to pay for something I didn't do. I could be the one that stands up for what I believe in and fight until its thrown away, but guess what, it gets me nothing. I get the warning turned into nothing... big whoop.
