If this happened to me the way you said it went down in the begining, I wouldn't have taken less than seeing this cop guarding the impound lot for making a false ticket.

Yeah well forget you... I was accused by the officer and you say you aren't hating on me but you are telling me that it sounds like I did it and got away with it because I took a warning and not a ticket??? The county attorney took the time to call me back and save me time from going to court. If I had went and had it thrown away... well I still would have wasted about 2 hours and 30 miles of gas. I called it even. I'm not going to be a baby and cry to get everything I want.

I know what you are saying and I understand where you come from... but not everyone is like you. I had people at work say they wouldn't have taken the warning and then some said that it was great I didn't have to pay anything... mainly because some of them have had to pay for things they didn't do because it was word against word. What I don't appreciate is you accusing me when the only resource you have is a thread and a few posts.

When you are in my situation one day... I hope people give you crap like some gave me. I am more upset with everyone saying that I need to quit trying to beat the system and quit trying to get away with something I did or have done before. I got pulled over, did nothing wrong, got a ticket, called the attorney's office, had the ticket turned into a warning, payed no fines, lost no points, had no court appearance, and I feel alot better now. Why push it, life isn't fair and you take what you get.

I know you have a image of me being some punk kid who got pulled over, cried about it and then got away with it. You have no clue who I am and are judging me over a few posts??? Grow up.

You act like I should have a vendetta against the officer. I make mistakes at work, does that mean I should be fired or moved down a position. He wasn't that rude and told me if I felt like I was innocent to go to court (not in a rude way either) I was more upset that I just payed for my 1st ticket ever and then got another therefore I couldn't go to traffic school and had to pay for something I didn't do. I could be the one that stands up for what I believe in and fight until its thrown away, but guess what, it gets me nothing. I get the warning turned into nothing... big whoop.

Wow. That grow up part had me rolling. Where do you come up with this stuff?

So it was about the $ and the points, not the fact that you didn't do it? Got it.

Yeah, having the cop guard the impound lot was a little extreme. I would have settled for charges dropped and an apology. But to settle for a warning, after they county attorney said he believed your story, has guilty writen all over it.

ok, well i'm done with it. I don't have to prove anything to you. If you are that worried about it then driver your *** up here and watch the video yourself. As a college student and having rent and insurance to pay for, the money was more important than the dignity or whatever you would get from knowing your right and proving someone else wrong.

You act as if I'm not upset that I got the ticket... I am! But **** happens and you learn to deal with it. I don't have the time to ask off work, stand in line at court and tell them I want an apology.
