    N/A upgrade coming soon.

    I started a new job a month ago, and I'm making a lot more than I was at my old job (like several thousand more per year). I've decided that my car needs a major upgrade. I'm going to do an Abbott heads/cam package. If I can get a set of used Stage 3 heads, I'll use them, but if not, I'll most likely go for a set of new Stage 2 heads. I'll use Abbott's N/A cam, as well as ported upper and lower intake manifolds.

    My goal is to keep the car looking relatively stock-appearing. I considered going FI, but I decided against it. I haven't seen too many N/A build-ups either, so this should be somewhat unique.

    Current mods are:

    Whisper Lid + !FRA
    Magnaflow Cat-back
    LS1 aluminum DS

    LSD and 3.42s were purchased a little while ago, and will be going in the car soon. I'm planning on getting CIA headers as well. I'm guessing I'll need an upgraded transmission (I have a T5 manual), but I'm not too sure about that yet - from what I understand, the T5 can handle 300 HP, and I'm not too sure how much power this setup will make. An upgraded clutch is a given as well, along with the necessary fuel and ignition upgrades (fuel pump and injectors, etc.) I'm shooting for August to start collecting the parts and have it ready and finished before the end of September, just in time for the cool fall weather.     Sounds like a good setup. I will be installing some abbott racing stage 3 heads, the Abbott N/A cam, and the ported upper and lower intake sometime in august.
    I just have to get all the gaskets, lifters, double roller chain, and other small things first.

        I'm on "the other site" also, and even there, I haven't seen that many N/A builds in terms of F-bodies.

          I know specifically of at least 15 members that have internal work done aimed on NA performance on their f-body over there...I'm having trouble finding 5 here

            Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough. Either way, 5 or 15, it's not a lot.
