    Just got back from Iron Mountain, Florida

    The highest spot in pennisular Florida!!!

    My ears were popping and I was quite dizzy from the thin air at the top of the mountain. It was very chilly at the summit.

    There is a very beautiful carillon (bell tower) at the mountain's peak.

    Bok Tower Gardens / Iron Mountain, Florida - elevation 324 feet.
    I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

      wait..the highest spot in florida is only 324 ft? my house is 500 something and it's just on one of the many rolling hills... i've also been to pikes peak, at 14,110 ft. that was pretty crazy.

        I think elevation out by me and the track is like 80 ft.

          What's a hill?
          We have a ditch in our front yard, but that about it for hills in fargo. I wish we had some to drive on.

            haha yeah, hills can be fun... I can go 0-60 in under ten seconds...in nuetral... :p
