about ~1400 for everything you see in the pic + all the smaller stuff you dont see.
My a4 is slowly going out and it is cheaper to do a manual swap than to get a new auto, or have it rebuilt

sure ill try, but it's not that hard.
swap out the trans
replace the pedals, put the clutch master cylinder behind the pedals.
rewire 2 or 3 wires.
Then when it's all done, get your pcm reflashed
