New Dyno Vid *18psi Pump Gas*

Well had my car dynoed on pump gas (93 octane) and low boost (18psi) but had a couple issues. One being it has a big draw in the battery coming from somthing in the main fuse box which hurts the power and the temp on the dyno was 98 degrees. Doesnt sound like much but it made 550rwhp at 18psi. 32-33psi numbers should be in the next 2-3 weeks after i fix the battery drain and get some spare time from work/school..

My motor is 100% bone stock still (head, cams, block, pistons, rods, ect...) as is the ranny minus a clutch.

First run it spun on the dyno so i put a big kid in my trunk to put more load on it haha...........

dynojet and i cant exactly use a 2.5 inch muffler on a 800+ hp car.....everything is 4" from the turboback

That will be pretty sweet when you get the rest of the boost in it. Any plans to throw a new cam or heads at it and see how it responds?

It looks like a fart can but it doesn't sound anything like it. When he gets on it you don't hear a loud annoying exhaust you hear a friggin big *** turbo spooling up and that's it. At least I never noticed it if it was there.

Congrats Shane. THose are awesome numbers. That engine is a true bullet proof engine.
