    Re: Transformers=greatest Movie Ever

ya it was a bit confusing in some scenes.

as far as ratchet and sidewinder dissappearing, i think that'll be the setup for the next movie.

      <spoiler>

as far as starscream disappearing...he flew off into space during the end credits. definitely part of the setup for the next movie. that and the fact that they never actually destroyed megatron...they just dropped him to the bottom of the ocean.

The only beef I have was the action was too fast and too confusing at times.

In some scenes you don't know what happened to Starscream. Rachet and Sidewinder disappeared from the battle. Soudwave, the little boom box, just took himself out.
There were several confusing moments where if you were really paying attention they didn't make sense. Caught a couple of out of sinc parts, can't name exactly but I still loved it.

About bumblebee changing to the new camaro they clapped in my theater too. I wonder if that was the standard reaction?

I like the one where they took military strike orders from morose(sp?) code. That would be great to try sometime huh. Tap into a secdef network with antiquated 19th century technology and then issue strike orders and coordinates with morose code. that sounds like fun.

they have codewords that are used to authenticate orders... if they sent the codeword along with the orders, they probably would do it.

Over morse code? You believe that? I don't care how in jeapordy this country was, there is no way to authenticate anything over tapping a button, they sure as hell wouldn't "let it rain" hell on an unverified target.

He was talking about in some of the fight scenes. All the autobots, minus Jazz, were accounted for at the end of the movie.

No, Megatron's deader than a doornail. Remember Optimus' plan to sacrifice himself if he couldn't beat Megatron? Sam executed that exact plan, but on Megatron. But, in the transformers' universe, there's still plenty of main villians still out there (Unicron, Galvatron, etc etc)

hmm... your right the 8 story tall alien robots with futuristic weapons battling on earth but can turn into normal everyday machines and hide among us. The Allspark, And all the stuff about sector 7, and the fact that someone as gay as Shiloh buff was picking up a chick that hot with a rusty redneck looking 2nd gen, mind you.... was all believeable...

all believeable... all of it, every last bit...

until someone called in a military strike via morse code... then it just got rediculous...

its just a movie its supposed to be fake.

you make very good points. It's a movie, if every single thing was 100% believable then it would be like everyday life and there would be no point in seeing a boring *** movie about stuff you see everyday

and when i saw the movie, when bumble bee transformed into the 5th gen no one clapped. You could just here everyone whispering WOW! and badass car.

yeah i know and i agree with you...but with all the crap they do in movies now that makes no sense...it wouldn't surprise me if they brought Megatron back from the dead. hopefully they won't lack the intelligence to remember that in the next movie.
