    This is what you do. Find the e-mail address of the CEO and as many members of the board of directors as you can (google works well for this). Send an e-mail explaining the incident and how it was dealt with.

    Execs HATE unhappy customers and HATE to hear about poor customer service. For some examples, search the lounge for some e-mails I have sent.

        I'm not aying to theraen them but if they basicly cut comunication with you anyway . Tell them your goinng thre leagal route . It doent have to be a empty threat . get an estamite to fixit then sue for the repairs . they cant rule against you if you prove your case .

          I just arrived from returning a defective item they sold me therefore I'll call them Home Cheapo from now on :D .

            thanks for the support, i may try that ceo email, since i have nothing else to do really....btw not that i would haul a grill in the camaro but if this was the camaro those kids would have been dropped instantly with me in jail getting sued by them lol.
            PS: I tried to find Frank Blake's (HD Ceo) email to no avail, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

              I understand, I use to work for homedepot for 2 years, and let me tell you they are the most horriblely ran company ever. Having to handle things liek this allof the time, i will tell you your best bet is to skip the middle man and contact the corporate office. You honestly have to keep hounding the managers and still they will not help you out. If you can find out who that stores district manager is and contact him that may be of more help!

                Thanks for the info ^^, I have decided to make this a summer w/o college classes/worries extravaganza so my only goal to achieve is getting somewhere with this. I want to lay off but I was wronged and if everyone just turned up on their bellies no one would get anywhere.
