for those of you who dont want to read the whole post.

SHOULD I SELL MY CAMARO FOR A '73 DODGE DART IN OK TO POOR CONDITION.


first off, i love my v6 maro, dont get me wrong. but coming home the other day, i saw a '73 dodge dart with a 318, edelbrock headers, holley 640 carb, cragar rims, AT, and that agressive stance becasue of a small lift in the back, that is accompanied with larger tires than the front. now the question, i love my camaro, but i have always wanted a muscle car. what to do. oh yeah 198000 miles, and no powerbooster on the brakes. and a cylinder is not firing, i like the sound but was told it could be a bad problem.

Um. No. That Dart is going to be slower than your car.

Does your car need any work?

not major, it needs a replacement shock for the rear right. and maybe a wheel alignment. but that is it.

A Dodge Dart that old with almost 200k miles....I wouldn't trade your Camaro for it. I had some dealings in the past with the 318 motors, had one that came out of an old Sattelite, not worth fixing up. Unless you had the money for a big block Hemi, I would keep the Camaro. The 318 is a dog.
