Why only two felonies? They vandalized multiple cars and a house and left death threats. I'm surprised they are only be charged with two felonies each.

Be careful of what you guys write in here, they could use it against you Niko. There isn't much you can do except pursue it and "hope" that some justice is served. I'm really sorry to hear about this. It seems there is nothing but jealous trash all over the place anymore. I don't even leave my cars out of sight when I go out. I even had a motion sensor installed on my new Eclipse so that it pages me when someone's near the car. It looks like you'll have to get some estimates and sue them on top of it all. Good luck. Let us know how it turns out.

he got out of his car and came up to my window(driving a friends car while mine is in the shop) and said "once were done with court, your a dead man, mark my words"

There are stupid *** people out there. These guys already messed up your car, hit you in the head, and are now making multipule death threats. I would seriously do something legally about this. Tell the cop about the new threat btw, get a restraining order, and firearms permit to be on the safe side (you never know... These guys have gone so far already, you don't know how much further they will go).

What would a restraining order do? Not a whole lot. So what did you really do to this kid to piss him off? I mean yeah people are ****s and *******s but you really mean you said and did nothing to him? He just attacks your car, house and person for no reason just a random act? He seriously threatened you, and you did nothing to him previously? Sorry to hear about the bad luck but a "random" violent act doesn't continue with this much persistence without some motivation intially. Did you boink his sister? Mom? steal his 3oz's. Really there must have been something.

i swear to god on my life/camaro and everythingy holy that i did nothing.

he was drunk and high and wanted to come to the "party" at my friends house. we told them that there was no party and to go away. when he caused a scene the neighbors yelled at him which further pissed him off. mind you he was drunk and high at the time so his temper was crazy. his other friend provoked it when he threw the rock at the house. idk its a long story but really...

i did nothing. not even the cops can understand it. nor any of my friends and they were there.

o and no i didnt boink his sis. no offense to anyone but i just dont find blacks attractive. and no i didn steal his weed. i dont smoke. im just your average, run of the mill good kid. people resent/hate my life and car and i feel like he was just jealous. idk
