Re: i now own a probe

I can't wait to see the thread that's started when the motor blows up.
Let's flip a coin. Heads I get tail, Tails I get head.

I won't discount any times but I would like to see a 12 sec slip with no excuses attached if it isn't 12. If it isn't 12 just admit you were trying to cover for the fact your car is called a probe and move on.

As for the boost and high compression, there are cars that have done it. You need to seriously cool the breeze coming into the engine otherwise pop go boom.

High Compression Engine + Boost - Tune = Rod Taking a Vacation Outside of Engine

At this point I really just want to see a base run on the dyno and a time slip.

            You didn't read it. I said high compression + 4psi + 75 shot + weight reduction = 12s.

4psi isn't much boost at all. I agree he needs to get a tune ASAP but I don't think he's gonna blow up in the next few hundred miles.

Glad to see you got the car man. These guys are all just jealous that your $3200 POS can rip their $10000+mods cars new @ssholes.
Yeah, all the big hp guys are running ultra high compression in their cars.

Soooo, yeah I call bs too. Sure its possible with 2 power adders, but I have doubts otherwise.

                      Hmm didn't see that. A 12 with just a 75 shot is harder to believe...I guess I wanna see a timeslip too.:o

Re: i now own a probe

Ok by a drag calculator so take that for what it's worth, to get into the 12.00:

                        2900 lbs stock weight
                        325 HP

                        2600 lbs semi reduced
                        300 HP

                        2300 lbs heavy reduction
                        265 HP

It's acheivable with minimal horsepower and a kick *** driver in a FWD car but prove it, post a slip.
