please do so... you can find one with a better paint job. The extra money you would give him would help towards a paintjob anyways.

Ok...it went downhill (or maybe for the better last night)

It came down to him wanting to swap his rotors, battery, leather and me give him 250 for it...

I said no...so I might not be getting it...for better or for worse

It went from just a plain swap to a swap plus leather, batter, rotors and $250? He probably thinks he can get that from you since you probably showed extreme interest in the car. You would be getting the worst deal ever lol.

I suppose he wants the engine from his car as well right?

I mean the leather seats, battery, and rotors are probably worth about 400-700 dollars at the least. Then 250 dollars? So he wants about a thousand dollars so that you get an engine and body and then what you already have. Save yourself the time and money and just buy an engine :)

Yea...I wouldn't mind swapping a ****ing battery but he was getting ridiculous...

He complained that my car hasn't had a rebuilt engine...ummm...most cars last longer than 120K w/o a rebuild...

sounds like a duche and wouldn't trust a rebuilt over stock anyday

check out the v8 threads and you'll find a car there... or just keep the v6, wait a few years and start some payments on the new Camaro :)

I thought I was over it, but it is really tempting...

straight up, i think i would do it then. repaint it. and you would have a sweet car i think... even get to keep the leather interior.
