Instead, they pay 150 bucks or w/e for thier OWN false sense of security, so that if lil' johnny ever DID get his head blow'd off, they'd be able to rest well by telling themselves they did their best to keep him safe. Not like they could've been good parents or anything. its like these people that wonder why their kids hate them and get into trouble... it's cuz ya never spent time with the brat when he was growin' up ya dillhole! if you ever made an effort, he might not hate you so much!
I don't think the solution to school violence is to keep your kids home and school them there. They don't learn proper socialization that way. No offense if anyone on here was home schooled, but home schooling is a stupid idea. Period. The point of school is not JUST to lean that the War of 1812 was in 1812, lol. It is to learn social skills as well. That's why there are group activities and things.

There is nothing wrong with finding ways to protect your kids in an environment that is supposed to be safe, but these days is pretty unpredictable.

yeah, thats true. it would be much better to actually fix the system, but unfortunately the roots of the problem are very deep. personally, because of all the crime and violence in our world, i want to get a concealed weapons permit... it would be much better if i didnt even have to worry about protecting myself... but for the time being, that is what i feel like i need to do!

home schooling is the worst method of keeping your kids safe. all of the kids i know who were home schooled ended up being VERY strange. i mean... im a weird kid, but not in the same way.. lol.

Bullet Proof Backpacks...that would be a good band name. I have always favored Feminine Itch for my band if I ever were to have one.
