I wouldn't call the quarterback position "pretty boy" by any means. I mean it may be one of the more (or the most) glamourous positions, but you gotta be tough nonetheless. Look at Pennington in that Pats/Jets game, or how about the "concussion kid" Steve Young? He certainly didn't get that nickname from dishing anything out! And have you ever watched brady in the pocket? He takes some tremendous hits hanging onto the ball until the last second (so hes not able to even brace himself). Then theres the stress: Quarterbacks, without doubt have the most ingame stress to deal with, maybe with the only exception of the kicker in clutch situations. Your teams down? You gotta rally the troops.
