I personally wash my hands before I use the washroom. The way I see it is: Who knows what has gotten onto my hands since the last time I washed my hands. I know where my unit has been (more than likely in my pant, however it comes out now & then ;)). I don't want to get all the germs off my hands onto my piece.

As for washing my hands...when I use public rest rooms, or at work. I keep my dong clean so it don't bother me, I usually won't was at home unless my hands get that ball sweat smell on em after work. I'll never drop a deuce in a public rest room though I have been known to cause many "Out of Service" signs to be put up.

at work or home, I wash my hands before and after. Only difference is at work I use a paper towel to grab the door handle on my way out cause a lot of guys don't wash their hands. At home there's only my 2 girls (they have their own washroom) and my wife.

Our bathrooms use motion sensors for everything other than the door.
