SO I'm sittin here watching wheel of fortune, drinking a beer, and takin some pics of the puppies when I hear this loud whine. I open the sliding door to the patio and I am rushed with loud chirping all around. There are thousands, and I mean THOUSANDS, of birds outside. My car now has about 10 crap spots all over it.

so while I was posting the pics... all the birds flew off in one direction. It looked like a plague of locust over the town. I've seen a flock of birds flying around, but never this many birds. Pics don't do it justice... the trees are huge and filled with the birds and now it sounds like the end of the world... I don't hear a thing.

I've seen birds swarming like this a few times in the past couple of months. It definitely does give me a very eery feeling as well. It makes me wonder if they know something we don't...kinda like when all the animals run from the coastline before a Tsunami.

ahh snakes on a plane!! thats what that makes me think of...what a joke.

but yeah ive heard about these swarms before. some insane amount of birds just congregate and chill out in places. im not sure why or what from, i bet google does though!
