Hey guys and girls. New member here. Found this awesome site in mid-July and have been reading/searching along with learning a lot since. Finally decided to stop lurking and introduce myself. Name's Paisley and I own a 1999 Silver Camaro that I've had for 2 1/2 years. It's pretty much bone stock now, but has big plans and lots of potential. If only school didn't take up so much time and money. But I'll have some pics up for everyone soon, once I take some better pics and figure out how to post them. :)

Re: Just wanted to say hi.
Thanks. Well, til I have some better pics, here are some I found on my computer. Unfortunately they're not the best (phone pics), but they're the most recent.
My next project is to wetsand the haze off the headlights, but I'm waiting for a warm weekend that isn't a home game. =P'99 Camaro

Re: Just wanted to say hi.
Looks like you have a good clean slate to start with. Welcome, and just for the record... Your first mod should be a whisper lid...
You'll definitely catch the car bug after that... Even after spending over $1500 on my car this summer, I still have the car bug. Good luck with modding!

Re: Just wanted to say hi.
Thanks guys. And for the record, in this case Paisley is a girl's name. Don't think it's a type of corn, but pretty sure it's a family name. :p
The plane actually belongs to my dad, but the car is mine. And yes, one of them does have a tendency to handle the air a little better at higher speeds. That's my other project for this next summer, getting some hours towards my pilot's license.'99 Camaro

Re: Just wanted to say hi.
As for the car, it's currently my daily driver and unfortunately not a garage queen, so I put a little extra effort into keeping it clean. It's just a little over 76,600 miles and about to be sent to the transmission shop for some valve body upgrades- Sonnax kit is on order. Other than that, I'm saving up for my next mod, the whisper lid. I've already got the K&N Air Filter, so I'm ready pretty much ready to start modding her out. It's all just time and money now. :D'99 Camaro
