i was just in a crash

Ok so I was in a crash I am 17 and so was the other driver. Now in cail u can’t have passenger until u have had ur license for a year well she has only had it for six months and she had one. Well the pass. Didn’t even stay she bailed out. I didn’t even get to ask if she was ok. Now what will happen to the driver if I report that she had a pass I don’t want her to get in trouble?

Don't ever be the fall guy for someone else, believe me when it comes down to they won't do it for you. Very few people have that kind of integrity anymore. Don't hesitate to push her under the bus with two hands when you need to.
