as some of you guys know, my car broke down a couple weeks ago. (the throttle body blade was stuck closed) i managed to coast into an empty bussiness complex.
While i have my hood open looking at the car trying to figure out what was wrong. This guy and his girl friend drive by me and park. He pulls out a flashlight and comes and helps me. I couldnt think of what was wrong and he was the one that suggestted to me about my throttle body.
I pull of my air lid and he gets a screw driver to see if he can poke open the blade.
When we couldnt get the car to run he helped me push my car over to the parking lot of this building, where he told me his dad owned and the car would be pretty safe. I then told him he had done more than enough and that he could leave if he wanted to (it was sat night)
He asked if i needed a ride, i told him no im going to stay and mess with the car for a little while, if i cant get it to run ill just have my friend come get me.
So he left, but he left me his tools and told me just to leave them under the wheel of his girl friends car when i was done. I left the tools under the wheel and because he was SOOO much help to me i put $20.00 under the wheel with them.
I had the car towed back to my house the next day.
Now the car's all fixed and i stopped to get gas, i open the gas door and guess what, there's my 20 bucks sitting there the guy gave back to me, what a great guy
wish more people could be like him.
and he was about my age as well maybe 20 years old
