main point being that its worth a hell of alot more money then my bird thats been sitting for close to 2 years..... rather have something that runs at this point

And plus, I wasn't trying to say go with something better, I was just trying to give you an idea as to how slow they really are. You may not be out for speed, but you don't want a car that won't let you merge onto the interstate because it lacks the balls. My Camaro is getting better mileage then my buddy's 95 Eclipse is. I never thought of the trade and then sell option. I'd go that way instead. If he doesn't want to trade, I know there's some people out there that will buy the Bird from ya. Heck, if the price is right, I may do it :D

ive driven my sisters 07 and my girls 02 ...there not so slow that u cant merge...there not really fast but they will do just fine...
