but has anyone every took the front end of a 4th gen camaro and put it on a firebird. and how hard do you think this would be?

To answer your questions, I don't personally know of anybody on here that has ever done such a mod, and I think it would be very hard to make everything look right, but should still be quite possible.

hoods are different, front fenders are different, bumpers are different and you'd have to do something about the popups.
Then you got a frame peice right behind the bumper that supports the headlights on the camaro.
In short not very easy. Mounting points should be the same for hanging the parts but that's about it.-Brad
