My cluster went out so I put a Z28 in. i'm just saying some people change them, I know there are plenty of others on here with 150 speedos. The speedo is accurate within 200 or so rpms just because when i replaced the needle, i didn't put it on perfect.Comment

Speedo.. or wait around till whoever it is starts it up.. then you will definitely be able to tell due to the true duals2000 Firebird. Whisper Lid, True duals, TSP mail order tune, Built Tranny , TCI 2800 stall verter, B&M tranny cooler, Eaton LSD, 3.42 gears. its hard to tell on some.
my buddy has a 99z and has the rs gfx and he debadged it. i cant tell you how many times digdongs have pulled up next to him thinking its a v6 and got beat up on. pretty funny.
james-all 4th gen v8s have disc brakes front and rear.
just leave a note on the car and park next to it for a week lol.....
"dear owner of black comero, is it a v6 or v8? circle one, thanks, dude with white comero that parks next to you"

Look under the car. It's pretty easy to tell the difference between an LS1 and a 3.8 from the bottom.Representin' Team Red In The North
