What happened to the No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes? Did they really lose to the Fighting Illini? I thought it was a dream, but I don't think ESPN comes in real well in my head while I sleep. I thought I seen that, could any Ohio State fans clear this up for me? Im a little confused.

Im not an "electrician" by definition. I am a Communications Wireman, aka C-Card. Doesnt pay as well as the A-Cards, but I have less stress in my life due to the fact I don't mess with 1000v cable and MCM. Not that the C-Card side is easy, but its not quite as draining on the body. C-Card side, always have to go to school, technology changes.

I can't recall that name, depends on when he went in. I just got in the apprenticeship in April of this year, I was a member of group 414. Ask him what group he was a member of.

A-Card is the better route, if I had my choice again, I probably would have been an A-Card, but im not regretting my choice. I filled out the application in June of 2006, and was accepted to start class in January of 2007. Unfortunately, my health got the best of me (12 ER visits in three weeks) and I had to drop out that cycle, and go back in April. Depending on how you do on your test, and you PASS the drug test, which they do BOTH a urine and hair folicle test, you can get in VERY early. If you applied in Sept, you could possibly be in the pre-apprenticeship classes before January of next year. But I would make SURE you know when they are testing again, and constantly keep that date in mind, they do more than one test.
