When I am at work, I usually have Skoal Mint pouches on me, and if not that, Grizzley Long Cut. I am at the point of such high stress now in my life, that I see a psychiatrist, smoke a pack and a half a day, and chew one tin a day. I need a constant flow of nicotine, so thats why I do both.

one of the top 5 most freakest moments of my entire bought with cancer, was when I was roaming the halls of the cancer ward, just to get out of the room I spend 5 days a week 6-10 hours a day in. And I happened to look in a room at a "thing" (best way to describe it) that had oral cancer and had some tumors removed.

i ****ing had nightmares for 2 weeks of this dude with half of his lower jaw missing and his face butchered up. It honestly was one of the most horrible things I have seen/experienced in my life.

I am actually worried that thinking about it this late at night that I might have nightmares...





don't care what kind of calming, buzz or whatever you get form dipping gives you... not worth it at all.


btw you know one of the leading causes of oral cancer is?

You might be right, but working in the construction industry and menial jobs, the last thing you want to do when you get home is run, or work out, or move for that matter, especially after a night of only 4-5 hours sleep.

he actually started the physical contact. when i saw him push someone else, i jumped in and told them to stop. he pushed me, and i grabbed him.

then i let him go, and he pushed me again.


he just tried starting stuff in the school dining hall. thats definitely going on the report!

steve, come on you know better than that. that is why i tell all my friends that it's not worth fighting. your just going to get into serious legal trouble. let the person wail on you all they want. just don't hit them back. you never know when others will lie, even if its not your fault.
