    Re: 3 years and running..

I guess I'll be one of the first to say that I developed my fondness for f-bodies only recently. Funny story: I was actually about to buy a beat up 1968 mini that was in the very preliminary stages of a restoration. My dad grew up with tons of these and recently restored one for himself in case you were wondering why I wanted one of my own. Anyway, I decided to not buy the car when I realized how much money I was going to have to put into it to get it the way I wanted it (1275 cc Cooper S engine, blower, 4 wheel discs, upgraded suspension, roll cage, chopped roof, paint etc etc etc). Anyway, I was pretty bummed out about it and heard my uncle was selling the 94 Camaro that I'm driving now. I always had an eye on it since he bought it in 2004 so I called him up and bought it right then.

Probably when my friend got his 88 firebird in like the spring of 03 then I got my camaro in the fall of that year. Since then I've put about 20,000 miles on it.

I just found this great group. I bought my first F-body in 1988 had 8 since ranging in years 1969-1999. This is my first 6 cyl. car ('99 Firebird).
