Day Of Defeat? Aint that a WW2 shooter? I think I have that somewhere around here...it was ok I suppose, I'm more into Call of Duty or Medal of Honor.

Hey man, I was wondering if you were still around and I saw a few posts in other places on the lounge from you. So, I take it you finally got the other camaro sold :(

So what are you driving now? I didn't even look at your signature so I don't even know if it's in there. And, are you going to give up on this one to? :D

Yea, it's a WW2 first person shooter. It's a pretty cool game. I play Day of Defeat: Source in competitions, it has better graphics and gameplay much like CoD3. The regular Day of Defeat had pretty crummy graphics

You seriously don't want my old one just yet. I just started building a new one and have to wait for February until the processor I want is released, so it won't be finished until then. The one I'm on now is something you would actually want.

The old one doesn't even have pci-e slots, it's lame. But, aside from that it has a pretty sweet processor, more then enough memory, a 350gig harddrive, and the best PCI graphics card you can get. So aside from not having the best graphics available and a 3 year outdated motherboard it's an alright computer, but nothing I would want these days, unless you aren't going to be using it for gaming.

wow... i would kill for that... the computer im on now, has like a 20gig hard drive next to no ram and crappy processor and graphics, and runs on windows 2000... my best computer (downstairs) has 1/2 gig of ram, 100gig hard drive, 1.2 gig processor and a sucky graphics card... :( i like computers though... all years old... so... if you want, ill take your old one off your hands :D lol, welcome back man

Dang that sucks. If you want, I can make you a copy of Xp Pro or Vista Premium 64 bit, but keep it on the down low :D

And I have 1gig ram sticks in a drawer that I don't ever plan on using most likely and a 3.0 AMD psu (processor) As far as graphics cards, I would say I could help you out, but I just traded in all my old ATI cards for $50 a piece to ATI, because I was going to do the step up program to get their new ATI 3850 and was trying to pull money together and then I got on the clan and had their sponsorship so I got it for free in the end :P

Hey have you played any quake 3 in your time? I used to be much into that, and always wanted to goto quakecon.. i had 100's and 100's of Demos on quake 3 tournaments. Also would follow the CPL and WCG, i dont think they care about Q3 anymore though, but I would just watch the pros play and try to learn from them and tweak up my cfg.. I dont play anymore but i played that game EVERYDAY for 3 years. aside from that i dont have a computer to run todays games anymore as well.. its just to expensive to keep up with the hardware.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe MLG still follows Quake 3, but I could be wrong. But yeah, I've been to Quakecon numerous times, due to some friends I have in San Diego that work at Gamespot there and are always on the staff/vip members at Quakecon. They always get me down there somehow.

I used to play it occasionally, I never got completely into it, such as trying to go at it in a competitive fashion like I do with other fps games. But, hands down it was a great game. I'm now playing the new Quake game, Enemy Territories, off and on.
