I have a friend that is a tester for a game company. He brags about playing games 40 hours a week. not as cool as a competitive league though.
Hey, not much is up really. Wow, someone that remembers the family situation :P It's alright I guess. Ex wife is good for nothing and has fell pretty low and back into drugs big time. My house that she took in the divorce, she has lost. Everything of mine that was still in the house that was worth any value was "stolen" through time. She wants nothing to do with our daughter, so I have her pretty much all the time, but the in laws still keep her off and on because they love her as if she was their own.

So, I'm just raising her the best I can and accepting applications on new mommy's :P Not really, I don't think I will ever make the mistake of getting married again.

Yeah, I remember b/c iirc your daughter and my son are about the same age. You know, most everything of value may have been stolen, but at least you saved your daughter from that mess.

how did you manage to be a single parent and travel with the league?

Well, if it was a one day tournament and not far from home, meaning we could drive I took her with me and my sister would come as well. If I had to fly, then my loving in-laws would keep her because luckily they are on my side in this whole thing and they realize how much it means to me and they know that I have to support my daughter somehow. And quite frankly, with the leg in the condition it is right now playing video games is about as strenuous of work as I can handle.

Yeah, it spread to herpes. Stupid leg :[

But seriously, I got into a fight this summer and it was two guys that know of my leg situation. They were both druggies staying in my house with my ex-wife and they were nice enough to let me know that they were watching one of the guys and either my door was getting kicked in or I could go try to get him out of there. So, I went over to the house and told the dude to come outside and I asked him politely to stay away from the house, he said no, so then I told him politely to leave the house, he then responded no and swung at me. I grabbed him and threw him against the rail on the porch and was sitting there trying to calm him down when his buddy came out the front door and grabbed my legs and flipped me over the rail. I landed very awkward on it and when I hit the ground I heard a crunch noise, well the part of my hip bone they used to replace the missing knee bone got pushed inward and is now rubbing against the rest of the bone and feels like the same thing you get when you bite two of your fingers and then clasp them together and pull really hard. It hurts to walk and it hurts to just let it sit there, and now that winter has hit the cold is really having a field day with it.
