i dunno... he held it pretty stead, not a rifle or stead gun for sure... but you could hit something... oh and not all fully automatic weapons are illegal ;) sweet gun though

You may get an automatic weapon to zero in the first couple shots but after that it will start scattering. Even the M16 with the 3 round burst, good luck getting all three zeroed.

Anyone can get a permit to legally own full auto weapons. Costs like $200 and takes about 6 months to get back from BATF. You have to do it through a Class 3 dealer. Not all weapons are transferable, though.
