    completely off topic, but what city do you live in? huntsville here

        i got fired unjustly and im trying to see what i can do about it.
        I will look up laws i think its either 20-24.

        Because i have worked 26-30 and im in school, underage working around alchohol and they did not require or get a work permit for any of us.

            So it was all fine and dandy while you were getting the $ for extra hours, but now it's a problem? I hope they make you pay them back the extra money. LOL

                  and yes alabama is an "at will" state. no reason needed.

                    Just because its the law doesn't mean the workplace will follow it. Your best bet is to adapt to your surroundings. I've made moves that I could be fired for at my job (such as talking on my cell phone while working) but they won't fire me since I get my **** done... as for the others who do NOTHING, they will find anything to fire them.
