  • Up for a riddle?

I'm suppose to get some kind of answer from this. This is all that was provided.

Theres something special about Washington, and the heart sometimes rules the head which can often affect ones health, but thats not all, discover and calculate the end result

Any idea's at all? Deism apparently isn't correct.

Its about feeling bad for the bums there, giving them money (against your better judgement), then getting mugged by the bums friend.

There are no guidlines. That's exactly all there is. I have no clue if it's suppose to be a word or words or numbers of some calculation. No idea.

I think it's about my love of open roads and when I flip out because of the traffic it is bad for my health. The special part is Washington shutting down highways (HOV) to help traffic move faster :poke:.

What's the context here? A class you are taking?

Well, The Sharper Image has their version of the Isis I puzzle ball. Once you solve it, it opens and there are numbers printed inside. You enter the numbers blah blah then you get to pick 1 of a few different mystery prizes to try and win by solving a "clue" or "riddle" For this specific one I'm up against like 60 somethin people and you get 1 chance to solve it per 24hrs.

The closest I came to relating anything in the riddle was a book "HEAD AND HEART American Christianities" It says somethin about G Washington believing in Deism along with a ton of other guys that signed the constitution. Hence, Deism is an incorrect answer. So theres my first 24hrs. You get as many chances as you want unless someone else solves it.

That damn riddle is so vague. Some people have said something about Washington University.. Washington the man, Washington the state. Maybe there's somethin in the word Washington.. like.. Ton for example. 2,204.6226218lbs? It's completely up in the air.

                      Americans.............

I think they're asking what's the heart? Washington is our capital, or our head. But, when times are tough, the heart, or the republic/Americans/citizens, take action, and that affects our country's strength (a.k.a. it's health). I'm going to say the answer is Americans/citizens/the republic/etc.

heh, It's in password form. It's either right or wrong. I believe you have to type it out to the T. I can understand what you're saying though. Ah I better not start thinking about this right before I go to bed.. or I wont get any sleep. Tomorrow is another day.

Neither. To open the ball you simply have to manipulate ball bearings inside of it to the correct locations to open a sort of lock. All of that by feel and sound. And by manipulate I mean, rotate it.. turn it.. flip it. Look em up, they're pretty. Too bad I got the purple and gold one. The black and platinum one looks awefully pretty.

                            Re: Up for a riddle?

Is this one of the ones with symbols all over it? If so wouldn't we need to know what the possible combinations are? Can you explain a little more?

                            I haven't seen such a good riddle in a long time. :D

"...discover and calculate the end result"
Could mean to supply a judgment.
Best answer for this is Washington's quote,
"Mankind, when left to themselves, are unfit for their own government."

The puzzle ball has nothing to do this riddle. The symbols are hieroglyphics btw. BUT, they have nothing to do with this riddle.
