The dent toward the back can be popped out and the scuff can be buffed out. (Someone did the same thing to my 94' Camaro years ago). The rip into the composite, you're probably going to have to eat, if you get it fixed. Liability only covers you causing damage to someone else's vehicle. I just went through all of this insurance BS renewal this past week. I belive comprehensive (theft, fire, water damage, hit a deer, hit and run) would've covered that. Or collision had you said you did it to your own car.

Try and figure out what time it happened and then ask around and see who left around that time. Someone had to see or hear something. Hopefully, you'll find the car with the damage. Get an accident report ASAP too.
