i always talk to fbody owners at stoplights and parking lots, strangely enough they still hold the conversation after i tell them its a 6... ive had a bunch of trans am owners comment about how they like my cars head and taillight black outs and clear corners
I generally wave at the fbody owners and they sometimes wave back, but I think it's because i'm in my ranger LOL and the town I go to college in is like fbody central, there is literally almost one on every street
I usually try and wave/associate with fellow F-Body owners. I remember once I saw this sweet black Z-28 on the road. Empty streets, I catch up to him and we hit a red light. Turns green and we go a bit. Then he turned off into the parking lot down the road, and I followed. He immediately pulled over, got out, and popped his hood, and I did the same :D. He was boasting about how he did the LT4 conversion w/full exhaust, intake, cam, etc and showed me everything. He asked me what I had and I told him a bolt-on V-6 (only had ****ty exhaust and a CAI then), and his jaw dropped. Funny thing is, I kept with him till about 50ish :P I usually wave at the other F-Bodies, and rev at the ones that sound/look like they'll rape you :D
Here we don't acknoledge each other, unless you're in the only f-body club in town and have the "Las Vegas F-Body Association" decals on your car we wave to each other, but outside of that it's pointless trying to wave at everyone because everyone's windows are tinted. My '97 has 35% and my '94 has 5% We can't see each other anyway
