XBOX Live membership renewal

I can't figure out how to renew my membership on XBOX live... the menus only give me an option to create a new account. i dont want a new account, i have one! i just want to play COD4 online, is that asking too much?

When i set up my live account, I had the option to 'revive' an old account. Did you try going into the create new account and see if there is an option to renew an old account?

Don't call xbox cust. service for sure....they are nazis, mine had the revive acct thingy too i believe.

well i paid online, and they said it was complete and i could play again... but it still says im not allowed to play on xbox live

50 bucks, and its a year long membership

there's actually different amounts of time you can get. 50 for a year is the best deal.
50=year+month
30=3 months (i think)
10=1 month

Whoever said don't call their customer service.. eh yeah whatever to that. Their customer service has been the best I've ever called. 1-800-4MY-XBOX They'll help for sure if you're still stuck.

should be able to retrieve your old membership if you had one with regular xbox, thats what i did.

COD4 on Veteran=Damn near impossible. Good thing I dont have the anger problems like I did when I was younger.
