I want to see what everyones average MPG is. State year, engine, trans, and average MPG. I want to find out what MPG I should be expecting from my Camaro, cause it seems low to me but if everyone else gets similar then I know that mine is normal.
2002 3.8 (basic mods)
city, probably 18ish.
highway, 28-30.
(remember that your tank has a reserve amount of gas. when the light comes on, you still have a lot left. i fill up as soon as the light goes on, remember how much i put in it, and then stop counting the miles when the light comes on again)
2002 SOM Camaro- Sold
2006 S60- Sold
2000 Cherokee- The desert whip
My light never goes on. These cars have 15.5 gallon tank, right? When I fill up and the gauge is on the E it takes about 14.5. How much of a reserve could there be anyway?
I reset the trip counter when ever I fill up, then next time I fill up I divide the new trip count by the number of gallons I put in. Last fill up I got 18mpg :D This next one will be a lot better though, I've been driving on a spare, so no WOT launches in the last few days. :(
Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
