Right there with you! I'm about 5'10" and 135 lbs, I can't gain weight for the life of me! I can be in the gym every day and I swear I won't put on a pound.

My resolutions also include gaining some weight, the right way. 5'4" and 110lbs. Used to be happy at 118-120ish, not anymore.
What the hell???? I'm 5'10" and 160lbs and i got probably 10 lbs of fat thats it! back in high school a few years ago i weighed 185 pure muscle.... i dont know how the hell you guys are so damn skinny!
building muscle isnt hard: lift heavy weights... 5 sets, 7 reps per and make sure you go to failure (can't lift the weight) on each set. and make the next one a little lighter.
then go home, stuff your face w/ healthy food and some protein powder.
as soon as the muscles arent sore anymore, you can work those ones again...
you'll pick up a ridiculous amount of muscle in like 3 months doing that

It's a little different to weigh that as a girl. Being a guy would be a totally different situation, I would be more concerned only weighing that much, as well as being only 5'4" (no offense to anyone that applies to). But I played soccer back in high school and haven't played in a few years, so finding the right work out routine would be necessary for my needs. Plus, not too fond of the protein powder, myself. Taste like s***.
And, RyanAndyBob, I might have to steal some your resolutions. The ones involving school are on my list too. Time to actually try in these classes.
