nice job then... its hard... i know quite a few people that tried to quit... and a few that did :) ... on a side note... Im slow... back when we did the mile... the fastest i ever got to was like 7:35...:(

I can go all day and be fine, but once I get around people and alcohol, i'm pretty much guaranteed to be smoking.

Drinking with old smoking buddies is the worst. I've re-quit several times - damn addiction never really leaves..
