OK, I got the job. Start on Tuesday :D. I saw that CC had a Magellan RoadMate 1200 on sale (169.99), so I went and grabbed one of them the other day. So far, I like it. Doesn't have all the high-end features of the other units, but I don't need them. I just need simple directions to an address, and this unit does that. I literally pulled it out of the box, stuck it on my windshield and turned it on. It asked me what timezone, and then brought up the map, showing me right where I was :D I'm going to put it to the real test tomorrow....3 1/2hr drive to Sarasota :D. Let's see if it can get me there.
