but besides the idiocity of that, i hope ford gets beat up in court over this. If not, where does this end? Couldn't any company not allow you to use their product in any way, other than be their own walking (rolling, ect) billboard? I mean, its not like the website stands to break the bank with profit from the calander. Does this sort of thing open the doors to Home Depot suing anyone who takes a picture of their home to try and sell it, claiming its their building materials in the picture?
