chevy has gotten its shiz together, most of their cars are getting nicer by the year now. and not just okay nice, but "DAMN thats a new malibu?!!!" nice.
current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it
spend maybe a lil more but god damn that car is sexy!!! Every time I see it's commercial, I keep drooling.
oh BTW, if you do wanna get the Malibu, It's 2008 10 best car of the car ...so umm ...yeah... It's a f'ing winner. You can close your eyes and buy the car. You will not be upset.
The malibu is a good car won awards... but the dealers know that, especially with the press. Even its sister car the Saturn Aura has won awards, but hasn't gotten as much press.
Just saying, might be worth looking into its sister cars that have all the same stuff, just different sheet metal and have an assload more rebates.
The caddy is nice but in the $30s... A fully loaded Malibu is like $27k.
The problem is who can settle for a base model anything these days. Just go online and get the best malibu internet price. Some stupid dealer will let it go for invoice even though there new..just need to find the wh*re of the bunch.
I'm not sure if they've changed this for the home market ... but over in Europe the Vectra is known for having one of the worst handling chassis currently in production...
