I would have liked to see the Pats win to erase the smiles of the faces of the '72 Dolphins faces.. that's my only reason.. Otherwise it makes my Cowboys not look so bad since they lost to the eventual Superbowl Champs though..LOL

Adding my 2 cents here. Great game it was, possibly the best I ever seen too.
I was up in Massachusetts to watch this game and made a last minute run to Super Stop & Shop supermarket locally for steaks & beer. Upon entering all I saw was Patriot sportswear on EVERYONE. I guess I was in Pats territory lol.
The next day I went to the same store and the atmosphere was like a funeral home visit; sad, glum & sickening. I thought I saw a few emo kids smile for once at the checkout aisle.
Football is now over but this particular game is still making ripples on radio & TV.:rolleyes:
