            cmon man... an Elise for a DD? it would be nice if your gonna use it cruisin around town and that.... but for a DD? well i guess your gonna use it on the track too right? go for it....

                heres my take though.. if this is the type of car you are lookin for, whats stoppin you from gettin a saturn sky or a pontiac solstice? shoot, you can get them with teh turbo ecotec motors, new for less than that lotus will cost ya! And you probably even have a shot at finding parts in case you wear something out.. they are still pretty rare as well, and the ecotec motor is proving to be a great design capable of a ton of power...

                oh, and its a front engined car, so you can actually work on the thing if you had to...

                i say buy the sky/solstice.. if i were lookin for a 4 cyl, thats the way i would go..
                I like this idea, the SKY is pretty awesome, haven't seen one on the street at all, but i live in Wisconsin....
