        When you go to a dealership & build a new vette, you have the option to take museum delivery. Basically, you go to KY, get a personalized tour of the plant. Then you go to the museum, get a personalized tour, and at the end your vette is the last item on the tour. They park it outside & you drive it home.

        Its a couple of hundred bucks extra, and you still have to pay the full delivery fee from the factory (across the road). Its a popular option if you're really into the nostalgia.

          yeah my boss did it. he has a yello C5 vert with tan top and tan interior 6spd. it was pretty nice

            cool...i also heard that you can log in to their website(museum) and see your car on video as it sits inside the museum...

              Yeah - If I had it to do over again I would've ordered mine & done the museum delivery - I think its pretty cool.

                Ehh it's his/ his wife's car.. they did what they wanted to it.. however it's not worth over 20K .. really not much over 18k imho
