biggest one i know is a buddy of mine. he has a 99 eclipse rs,came up with his carolina blue and white paint job by using need for speed underground, and im not joking. its blue with white lightning bolts all over it. body kit, ricer deluxe wing, huge *** tach which is funny since its a auto, redid the interior to match the exterior in blue/white.
then to top it off, he had some dude he knows install a t66 turbo, no intercooler and a pretty much stock engine. he started it one time and its never ran since. i asked him whats wrong with it, and since he knows nothing about cars, he doesnt have a clue. car has about 40k wrapped up in it, it hasnt moved in almost 3 years and when it eventually does, it'll still be slow since the turbo is way to big for his car, by the time it hits half boost (all 5-6 psi of it) the car will be shifting into the next gear and he'll be back to nothing.
he's told me 100 million times he thinks it'll rip off a 10 flat as it sits (street tires, no suspension upgrades, no lsd, full wieght plus 4 12's,2 amps etc.)
i cant wait to see the day he goes to the track and runs no better than a 16.
funniest thing he ever told me was that the base eclipse motor (like a 1.3 or some **** like that cant remember) could handle 30psi stock.
Oh yeah? I got a diesel rotary with heads and with a supercharged turbo and an intercooler in the glove compartment. Boom b!tches! I got a cold rootbeer in the engine!
