Smoking may kill me, but it does keep me from killing all of you. I assure you this is no joke, it keeps me balanced to where I can keep this stuff seperate from RL for the most part.

After I quit smoking, I reallized how embarrasing it was that I had to rely on paper and tobacco to calm myself down. I thought that I had better will power then that. I'm glad that when i'm stressed, I can rely on other methods besides smoking.

X2. Yet another reason why health insurance is so high. Smokers should pay higher premiums since they are a high risk in our healthcare system. It's like saying "hey I'm killing myself, but everyone else should contribute to my healthcare."

I get a $10 per month break on my insurance for not smoking. WOW. Thanks an effin' pant load, Chet.

I use to be the same way... so I thought. I quit because I just wanted to. My gf still smokes and it doesn't bother me a bit. I just can't stand those who act like it literally kills them to smell smoke.

To all the smokers/dippers. Not saying you have to quit or not. Just saying swing by a cancerward and see people with lung cancer/mouth cancer, slowly rotting away. (these are cancers not usually beaten.)

and just remember you are like 15 times more likely to get it if you smoke/dip.



As for smoking to relax on stress, it constricts your blood vessels and allows less oxygen to work its way to our body, and makes you more likely to get "stressed/anxious" At the time it may help you but it also causes it at the same time.

i smoke, last year it was a pack a day... since my new years resolution to cut back im at 2 packs a week now. i feel better overall and my wallets a little fatter
