I really love Lambo Contach style. There's only two cars that I consider the best looking cars on the street and that is a black Firebird and a red Contach.
The only thing I would do is remove all the Lambo decals and also drop a SC 3800. If I can't afford to own a real Contach, I'll definately hit on a KIT someday.
Not everyone has a few hundred grand to buy the actual product, so replicas are the next best thing. You get the looks of the car you like for a fraction of the price.

thats like taking ur V6, puttin all the required body panels and emblems on it and calling it a WS6 or SS clone/replica...
stupid.
that "countach" is a fiero with a ridiculous widebody kit. period.
if u cant afford it dont buy it or pretend like u can. dont pretend or POSE to have money you dont.
i HATE girls with fake designers bags and stuff too.
That's HOT. And who would know? The only way people would figure it out is if you take it to car shows. Otherwise, no one would know the difference. I normally don't care for any kit car.. but that is SWEET and if you like it, I say go for it. You can always do a motor swap.
The only kit cars I would build would be a Cobra, a GT40, a Lotus 7 or something not based off of an existing car, like an Ultima GTR.
edit: reason being, unless you're really sneaky and use a modded BMW v12 or something in a Lambo kit, it's still just a Fiero underneith. Everything I would build starts with nothing but a fresh chassis and your engine of choice.
The thing is every time you see a Cobra out on the street, chances are that is 99.5% a replica. You see that's more acceptable. Same thing goes for the Shelby Daytona, and GT40.
Lambo. Contach is EXTREMELY RARE!! And very beautiful when you see it in person.
If you find one it will set you back for 160k. I did however found one through my insurance. The thing is this one was damaged by flood. The V12 was all rusted out with water inside. The body was completely ruin.
I was willing to take it off their hands, but they wanted 30k for it. I would rather get a KIT car.

I could tell that countach was a fake from the get go.. i guess not everyone would tho.

im not a huge fan of kit cars, but i have no problem with them as long as you dont try to pass it up for the real thing, like u see alot of "69 yenko camaro tribute cars" i prefer the good old word clone but hey whatever, personally i would just rather have nice old muscle with a HUGE motor under the hood:stp: i've had a few clone cars but never put the badges on them as i dont feel right, like my 87 v6 had z28/iroc wheels, hood, ground effects, tail lights, guage cluster, bumpers, steering wheel, but not a single z28 badge on the whole car, they were either filled in or replaced with badges from the 88 base coupes that had the ground effects.
