Lucky. I'd rather have the red rings than my error. I get: E75, contact Microsoft Support. I did and it's gonna cost me $100.94 to get it fixed, plus shipping :(. They said it's a hardware error and it's out of warranty. I only get one ring, so it doesn't count for the above problem :( It apparently overheats after ~1 1/2 hrs of play :(
I had the cooler that snapped onto the back when I first got it. I heard it'll burn up the X-box's fan and then it'll run even hotter than before, so I took it off. I'm going to put it back on I think, haven't exactly decided yet
Yea they are sending me a box to ship it to them in and are going to fix it or send another one I suppose. When I called the guy asked if I was using any 3rd party coolers or accessories, which I don't. I guess if I said yes, he would of said the warranty was voided or some ****.

Out of warranty?! Thats the biggest pile of bullsh!t if I've ever seen one! Microsoft extended their warranties from 1 year to 3 years. That covers EVERY UNIT. Call again, and if they give you the same runaround, ask for a supervisor. DO NOT take no for an answer, and if the supervisor doesn't help, go one more step higher. Believe me...I work at a GameStop, AND I own a 360.

yessir, I"ll get right on that. But I bought the console from a friend for super cheap and he had been using the cooler the whole time and I pulled it off when I got it. I wonder if they have any way of seeing if it was used or not.....
I looked on the back, and the serial said 2006, so it should still be under warranty....
Halo 3 is a NEWB game. Requires no skill. If you have two hands and know the basic moving/shooting skills you are pro. Halo 2 on the other hand. That actually takes SKILL. Anyone who wants to try and beat me message me lol.
^^yep. It's hard to get a game sometimes in Halo 2 cause H2 and H3 are running on the same server. Unlike Halo 3, Halo 2 has an auto aim kinda thing which makes people think halo 3 is so much harder cause of no auto aim. If so, how come I out BR kids all day? lol maybe cause I do double shots idk
Just for the record, I was a mediocre H2 player, then H3 came out and I was significantly better, averaging more kills per game and such. So I guess Halo 3 is easier.

Dont let them push you around.. Tell them they are going to repair you 360 for free.. It has a 3 year warrenty on it!!

I agree halo 3 can be frustrating but it has one thing no other game like it has...vehicles. Thats why I love it so much, the only thing I ever play is big team battle, I've been trying to get COD4 but i'm a broke college student. I've heard great things about COD4 online. But to call halo 3 gay or easy is just plain ignorant, I guarantee I'd own any of these FPS "pros" on here that claim Halo 3 is a noob game. And another thing, if anyone wants to challenge me on Rainbow six vegas or any other game that requires "skill"....shoot me a challenge, my gamer tag is HerMclovin420. I bet none of these so called "pros" have even heard of the MLG.
