  • is there two kinds of 4th gen?

    im looking for an upper dashpad for my camaro. but when i search it seems that made one for 98-99 and 00-02 what are the differences between the two series

    They are all the same...and interchangeable with Firebirds.

                    93-97 is considered early 4th gen
                    98-02 is considered late 4th gen

                      i tried finding interior parts for my car recently and found out that my year (2000) has ebony panels, compared to whatever color the 98-99's had, there is a slight difference in shade

                            If you are talking about interiors that doesn't apply. They made the change in 97. So it would be broken down 93-96, 97-99, 00-02.

                            I never realised the interior changed colors. It must be a really minor change.

                              it was, but if you put the panels next to each other i guess its noticeable.
