Nvm....I didn't think people were willing to teeter with these things and push them to their limits.
Even though they say they are rated to 3000lbs they are actually rated for more...its just safe to use up to 3000lbs....I mean the thing is not going to collapse with 3001 lbs on there...but I wouldnt reccommend working under there with much more then 2800lbs on it....at least I wouldnt
I did mention the stands right? Who would get under any car with just a jack? Even a 10,000 capacity jack? They all go bad eventually and I wouldn't get under anything with just a jack supporting it.
As for the picture, yeah I was thinking it too. lmao have fun finding that pic? I'll take a pic of the ramps and jacks I have just keeping the front end safely suspended so you don't have to worry about me Mogobs30th, cause I know you care

I never said you were under the car with just the jack. There are some stupid, STUPID people here, but I find it hard to think that anyone here would be so dumb as to get under the car with just a jack supporting it.
Ive always had a good rule of thumb that if the jack can't hold the whole weight of the car with 3/4 of the rating, then its probably best not to use it. I thought it was common, maybe not. To each their own I guess.

It lifts it up just fine. I'll let you know when it becomes a problem.
Sub frame connectors. Got it high enough to put on stands then jacked up the control arms to get the tires on ramps. Nothings hurt and it's very sturdy. I would have driven up the ramps but I had immobolized my car by then.
